Today is Collage Press Design Team Day - woohooo - I love this time of the month when the fabulous DT show case a project..Autumn is such a gorgeous time of year, although it's Spring in Australia at the moment - in the USA it's Autumn that's why I was asked to theme  my LO on Autumn - living in Queensland it is such a beautiful time for the Sea, not to hot - not to cold..

My Minds Eye - Breaking Free

Saying good- bye to Scrapbook Savvy..

It's a sad goodbye for me  this month I have resigned from being on the Scrapbook Savvy Design Team after 2 years of designing for  this fantastic On line Shop, I've decided to say goodbye, so I just want to say a huge thanks to Sar the Owner of Savvy for all of her wonderful support an giving me the fantastic opportunity to work with some fantastic kits each month and also thanks to all the girls who  have been  in the forum and gallery - it has been a pleasure to work with you all - the good news is that Sar will be looking for a new DT member !!!

Here is my final challenge for the month at Scrapbook Savvy..

To create a LO using 2 different Masks..( just letting everyone I've done this one as a gift - I know it's the same photo of my spa LO!, lol )

       

Next up Twiddleybitz is having a Design Team Call so pop over to there blog/website and check out all the details here - I will no longer be on there full time dt , but just doing some freelance work for them  so that's exciting news...

And finally it will be my week at Addicted to Craft next week , so I will be uploading lots of new creations from the My Minds Eye - breaking free range - starting on Monday.

I've been away from my blog for soo long - but now I'm back and the first news I want to share with you my newest creation AMAZING from the Collage Press Knave of Hearts Collection.

Firstly I have my Random Monthly Challenge - this month is to create a shaped LO - I've used Crate Paper - Little sprout line and also added some chippe from Twiddleybitz - to finish the project off...

         

and now for my CC Challenge - to create a LO using the same company and line in a LO, again I've used Crate Paper - Little Sprout

        

Next up, I was lucky enough to be on the Stand for Addicted to Craft at the Brisbane Paper Craft  Show - and boy it was fun  and busy - lucky I had my trusty BF looking after me bring me coffee and taking me to lunch - thank you Kjirsten!- and was fantastic getting to know both Luisa and Angella who also introduced me to Zoe Perran the creator of MME Paper - how cool!. I was also lucky enough to run into the Kristy and Cassie from Scrapbooking Memories as well as Louise the other half of the creative team for this year.- WOW - what a day!

Another event coming up is the Card Class that I will be teaching at Scrapbooking Top 50 during their Christmas in July Cyber Crop , I was sent a kit to have a play with and I have been working on some cards and bits for the class - you can find all the details HERE the class is free but you will need to purchase the kit!

I've been Stamping...

Goodevening everyone, time to update my blog - as many of you may not know I am currently renovating my house, so I love spending any spare time I can possibly find creating - firstly I created this little Gift Set using somepretty floral Lizzie Anne Stamps from Addicted to Craft combined with some Rose Moka Pattern Paper from Scrapbook Savvy. I created the Gift Set for this months Ribbon and Lace challenge over at Inkurable Stampers. 

Here's what I did -   For the back ground of the card ( the boarder) I have used Autumn Leaves Claer Stamps - Flourishes with Stazon ink on Transperancy and then used a spray adhesive to attach it to the Pattern paper
I have used Lizze Ann stamps - Le Jarden - to create the flowers on both projects stamped on RoseMoka Pattern Paper I then foam mounted them overlapping each other to add a little dimension.

      

       

      

Next up, I have this LO I just finished for the CC I participated ( not that I got hardly any of the challenges done but I did attempt at least 1 ) over at Scrapbooking top 50.

I hope you are not all as wet as we are here in QLD, it is thundering down and has been for 2 Days - so it's cold, windy and wet...lots of time to spend indoors scrappin :)

October Afternoon - Mothers Day Card

I must admit, I always look forward to Mothers Day, a little day of relaxation and someone is always happy to help do some of the Chores! and this year for Mothers Day I finally got what I wanted - my bathroom ceiling painted and I can't tell you how pleased I am! I hope you all had a great Mothers Day , but I swear it should be Mothers Week - I think I could handle that...

Here is a card I made using a variety of Ranges from October Afternoon, I am still waiting for the new ranges to be sent out to me - so untill then I am using up lots of bits and pieces from my stash and leftovers..

        

and how cute is the deer - I have just punched circles in a variety of area's of the same pp here to create the different images.
